Paul Parmar Chairman and Founding Partner Paul Parmar, Chairman and Founding Partner of Pegasus Blue Star Fund, is a global entrepreneur and business strategist. His experience includes managing complex projects for corporations and governments, in addition to M&A experience within diverse industries, such Healthcare, Aerospace & Defense and Media. In 1995, Mr. Parmar founded Pegasus Consulting Group, a global management consulting firm providing innovative business solutions. Pegasus Consulting Group's integrated services span a complete portfolio of consulting services from business strategy and enterprise transformation planning to implementation, custom development and support for all areas of business processes. Mr. Parmar is no longer involved in the day-to-day operations of the consulting firm and is now focused on M&A deal activity as Chairman of Pegasus Blue Star Fund. Sam Zaharis Chief Financial Officer Sam Zaharis is the Chief Financial Officer of Pegasus Blue Star Fund and Pegasus Consulting Group, where he has worked since 1997. Previously Mr. Zaharis worked for 18 months at Kroll Inc. in London, the world's leading risk consulting company, where he focused on international forensic accounting and valuation engagements. Prior to Kroll, Mr. Zaharis worked for four years at Ernst & Young in their Melbourne, Australia practice and at Ferrier Hodgson in Melbourne for a additional four years and where he specialized in business services, financial restructuring and re-engineering assignments. Darren Chaffee, CFA, CPA Vice President Darren Chaffee, Vice President at Pegasus Blue Star Fund, oversees the evaluation and execution of transactions and manages the performance and strategy of certain portfolio companies. Prior to joining Pegasus Blue Star fund in 2006, he worked as a Senior Associate at Platinum Equity, a private equity firm located in Beverly Hills, CA. Previously he worked in Deloitte's Mergers and Acquisitions Services group in New York where he performed private equity due diligence. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. Mr. Chaffee earned a Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and graduated with distinctions from Occidental College with an A.B. in Economics and Diplomacy & World Affairs. Eliza Schnitzer Vice President Eliza Schnitzer is a Vice President at Pegasus Blue Star Fund where she oversees the evaluation and execution of deals and manages performance/strategy of certain portfolio companies. Prior to joining Pegasus Blue Star fund in 2006, she worked as an Associate in the Aerospace & Defense Group at The Carlyle Group, a private equity firm located in Washington, DC, evaluating potential investments and managing portfolio companies. Prior to Carlyle, she worked in investment banking at Greenhill & Co. in New York, NY, focusing on advisory and restructuring assignments. Ms. Schnitzer graduated magna cum laude from Colby College with a B.A. in Economics with a concentration in Financial Markets.
